How to Create Facebook Questions

Have you used Facebook Questions on your Facebook page yet? Harris Technology wants to know. Go out to our Facebook page and answer our question.
Tap into the collective knowledge of the Facebook Community. Using Facebook Questions, you can pose your question and get a broader set of answers and learn valuable information from people knowledgeable on a range of topics.
Ask questions of your customers and get feedback. This is how Ben & Jerry's is doing it:
How it works:
- Select Question option from top of your profile, home page, group page, or the Questions page.

- Add Poll options if you wish. To limit the answers on your poll, uncheck Allow anyone to add options.

- Select the Ask Question button.
A few things to remember...Facebook Questions lets you ask any question and get quick answers from your friends and other people on Facebook. Questions is designed so that anyone on Facebook can help you find the answer. So when you ask a question, it is shared in News Feed. If your friends answer or follow that question, it will be shared with their friends and so on. Use it wisely.
Facebook is just one piece of the pie. You still should consider using blogs and your website to as a viable way to build community and/or to drive sales and conversions.
