Harris Technology offers a support agreement to our existing customers. This support arrangement could potentially replace the support contract that you currently have with Sage SalesLogix; or be used as an additional layer of support over and above the Sage SalesLogix Support contract that you currently maintain. The main benefit to enroll in this program is our built-in knowledge of your existing environment. By virtue of working with you in the implementation of your Sage SalesLogix system, we understand what makes you tick. We know your business processes, your customizations, and yes, we even know your users.

This program is by no means mandatory. It will simply establish us as the single, "go-to" source for your Sage SalesLogix related support and services. For more information on this program, please contact us.

It is our pleasure to offer you several ways to reach our technical team. All calls into our Technical Support team require a current support contract.

    (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST)
  • Remote Access Support – Using industry leading remote access software we can access your computer and work on your system. All of our Sage SalesLogix customers may take advantage of this feature. Please contact support for additional instructions
    Remote Access Support MUST be scheduled with a technician before joining a session.


    If you have not performed a browser test from your computer, please do that now before joining the session. In order for Harris Technology to have remote access to your computer, you must have Java installed. Please test your default browser's compatibility by running the Browser Check below.


    If your browser test fails, please download and run the Sun Java auto install.


    If you are running Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Sun Java should install automatically. If Sun Java does not automatically install, please follow the instructions for downloading Sun Java manually from the Sun Java website.
